Stunning Acapulco golf courses

For over forty years, Acapulco has been boasting some of Mexico's best golf courses. Acapulco has four main golf courses. Three of these are full 18 hole courses, while one is a 9 holes (Tres Vidas).

Acapulco Princess Golf Course : Designed by Ted Robinson, this pleasant layout is punctuated by narrow fairways, lined by coconut palms and water hazards on 12 of the 18 holes. Included in Golf Digest's Top 25 Golf Resorts, the Princess Course's featured hole is the 18th, a dog-leg par 4 around a large lake, leaving a second shot that appears suspended in space over the unique pyramid structure of the hotel.

Mayan Palace Golf Course : Located just 10 minutes from the Airport, the golf course is surrounded by lush landscapes with exuberant palm trees and beautiful lakes. The 18-hole par 72 has 6156 yard surface covered with Bermuda type grass, featuring wonderful yet complicated greens and a great number of dunes, making it both attractive and challenging for golfers of all levels.

Pierre Marques Golf Course : With an investment of over 3 million dollars, The Pierre Marques Golf Course has finalized the last phase of an extensive renovation program, supervised by world-renowned golf designer Robert Trent Jones Jr. Improvements to the course include installation of Seashore Paspalum grass, the expansion and contouring of lakes.

Tres Vidas Golf Course : This course has nine lakes, countless moguls and shows off the design skills of Robert Von Hagge. Positioned along the Pacific Ocean coastline, Tres Vidas offers spectacular views from almost every hole. With five holes touching the Pacific Ocean, this magnificent course plays to 7209 yards from the championship tees and features emerald Tifdwarf greens and Bermuda carpeted fairways.
